With the beginning of the year 2021 or the capital measure "October 2020" described below, a new era began for Private Assets! The new start initiated at the Annual General Meeting on November 25, 2019 with the replacement of the entire management and supervisory board was successfully completed by a capital reduction to zero and subsequent recapitalization. Since the beginning of 2021, we have been concentrating on building up our investment portfolio and the successful development of Private Assets.
