Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA acquires Die Jobmacher GmbH


Hamburg, July 1, 2024: Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA has acquired the personnel service provider Die Jobmacher GmbH (Die Jobmacher). Based in Kiel, the company specializes in employee leasing as well as further training and direct personnel placement. The seller is a fund advised by Seafort Advisors GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The takeover is subject to a number of conditions precedent and is expected to take place in the course of July 2024. Following the acquisition of Die Jobmacher, the portfolio of Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA now consists of 12 investments.

With around 500 employees and sales of around EUR 25 million, Die Jobmacher has been one of the established personnel service providers for qualified specialists in Germany since 2010 and currently has 16 locations in Germany, focusing primarily on medium-sized customers and their HR needs.
